"Rainbow Families" of Greece will be able to print the 2nd edition of the only children's book in Greek about all kinds of families.‏

About this project

Rainbow Families is an organization that is extremely dear to me. They fight against the discriminatory attitudes of the Greek State and Church and have had successful campaigns against homophobia, transphobia and xenophobia in Greece.

They have produced a wonderful children's book in Greek which is the only book tell young kids in Greek that there are many types of families and that all loving and caring such families are wonderful and welcome in the Greek society.

The Organization now needs some funds to run a second edition and I am helping them by raising these much-needed funds. Rainbow Families are the organization that helped bring about Same-Sex Civil Unions in Greece in December 2015.

Anything we do to help them, guarantees a better Greece. Thank you.

Risks and challenges

There are very few risks with this project - as long as we raise the funds, we will be able to print the children's book and help shape the future of Greece. In a time of financial difficulties for Greeks, it is easy to forget how much $2000 actually is.
